For 120 years the Stocker family ran their traditional butchery in Salzburg-Nonntal. On 3 May 2014, the owner Brigitte Renner officially handed over the key to her successor and new tenant Ioan Nascu. He has been spoiling his customers ever since with delicacies from Italy and Austria, such as prosciutto from San Daniele, bacon from Meran, beef tartar made from beef fillet from the organic breeder Kronberger in Mauerkirchen, as well as wines from Hans Moser from Burgenland and Prosecco from Valdobbiadene. The daily fresh and homemade lunch dishes even please vegetarians!
