Die Patissiere Salzburg

Yasmine A. Scheuringer has reopened the former confectionery Ratzka as "La Pâtissière". In the small but fine pastry shop you can look forward to classic cakes (strudel, Gugelhupf or raspberry cake) and new creations (raspberry chocolate fleur de sel cake, vegan/gluten-free cakes and slices). Carnival doughnuts, boiled eggs, cheese biscuits and biscuits are available seasonally - everything to take away or eat on the spot.
