For 680 years the family business "Zum Eulenspiegel" has been a part of the Salzburger Altstadt. In a romantic atmosphere, guests are offered exquisite wines served with roast beef, filet "Stroganoff" and grilled salmon with parsley potatoes made from fresh ingredients. As in grandma's time, butter lard is still used for cooking. The produce is brought straight from organic farms to the table. Fresh fish out of an own spring, herbs, eggs, fruit and vegetables are grown at an organic farm in Pucking. In the restaurant "Zum Eulenspiegel" organic is not only a cachet but also a philosophy of life.
