Einfach Leben Forum
"Einfach Leben - das gastrophilosophische Forum" is a courageous and forward-looking format. It aims to bring gastro-affine people together, give input and inspire - with a diverse and varied programme consisting of discussions, lectures, concerts, culinary contributions and artistic interventions.
As part of the "Alles für den Gast" fair, the Einfach Leben Forum wants to bring together people with similar mindsets and invite them to exchange ideas. The aim is to create and promote networking projects that have a positive impact on the entire industry. In the long term, for example, it should be used for innovative approaches and implementation scenarios and show how gastronomy, the hotel industry and tourism can be lived in Austria.
What's the point?
The Einfach Leben Forum sets an annual thematic focus. It starts with the topic "Courage" - this central motif will be dealt with at many different levels (innovation, trust, tradition, economy, education) and in various disciplines within the framework of the event. Because changes of perspective are always an exciting thing.
Also in the following years topics are treated, which play an important role both in catering trade, hotel trade and tourism and in the society. The topics should represent the values of innovative companies along the entire value chain.
And where does it take place?
Starting from a fixed event centre, the Einfach Leben Forum will take place in various locations in the urban surroundings of the city of Salzburg. The locations are within walking distance of each other and will provide a surprise. This means that things will happen that are not necessarily expected in these locations. Because we are convinced that new thoughts can unfold better in such an environment.
