At the show manufacture you can be a part of how pure granulated sugar is transformed into small pieces of art, which not only look beautiful but also taste temptingly good.
Zuckerlwerkstatt
At the Zuckerlwerkstatt, long forgotten types of candy are created using the best ingredients and following age-old recipes. Only high-quality raw materials are put into the pots, from exclusively Austrian sugar and natural flavours to pure ingredients and mostly natural plant extracts which are used to dye the candies. Maria Scholz and Christian Mayer learned this craft from the last masters of this extinct Austrian tradition.
Attendance is free of charge.
