Soil Food - the Best of Grain

Martin Kilga has reinterpreted Fast Food classics using grains, making them healthy and sustainable.

Beer has been brewed for about 400 years in Obertrum am See, a family run brewery for eight generations. That today's brewers are inventive is proven by the “Sigl Bio Oat&Barley” milk alternative from the Trumer private brewery, which has been on the market for over six months. Whether freshly tapped beer or in coffee – explore the versatility.

Grains not only play a role in liquid nourishment. The cultivation and processing of grain are fixed components of the food history of the Salzburg region. Baked or boiled, ground or crushed, nearly nothing is possible without grain.

Martin Kilga has reinterpreted Fast Food classics using grains, making them healthy and sustainable. The motto: Soul Food becomes SOIL FOOD.

Marting Kilga has revealed in advance that he will address not only the sense of taste on that evening in the Restaurant Paradoxon. He will instead create a "multi-sensory dinner on the theme of grain”. One can thus assume that it is not only the food that will be exciting.
