Sweet temptation without egg
Across three dates, the house pastry chefs is inviting you to a cooking show all about cakes, with a different topic each. On the fourth date, guests can look forward to a sugar-free, vegan breakfast.
The most delicious sweet dishes are often unattainable delicacies for people who want to avoid animal products. At eat&meet, Café Sacher will show that sweet creations can also taste delicious without eggs, and that cakes can be baked without gluten. It will also demonstrate how sweet dishes can be made without sugar. Despite its dedication to tradition, Café Sacher stays up to date and is interested in the diverse wishes of its Austrian and international guests. That’s why Café Sacher will offer a daily vegan breakfast in March.
