Attention, wine enthusiasts! This event will definitely be an evening to remember. For this special occasion, Andreas Felleis of the Geheime Specerey invited Johannes Einzenberger, one of the most profound connoisseurs of the international wine scene and importer of fine sherry and port wines. The certified sommelier will escort you through the evening and present you with the finest combinations of food and drinks. Taste Sherry of Valdespino – a name that stands for sherry of the very highest quality, and an Andalusian specialty that has been highly appreciated by European royalty. Or port wine from the traditional house of Rozès in the wine-growing area of the Douro Valley, where winemaker Antonio Saraiva provides indescribable moments of culinary pleasure with his unique knowledge and wide range of products. The 12 classic tapas of the Secret Specerey are served with the finest Lardo and ham from home-bred pasture pigs, tuna ventresca from the house of La Brújula, home-made Salzacher sausages, Grüll's sturgeon fillet and other fine delicacies. The sweet conclusion is rounded off with variations of honey.
