The history of the Eis Greisslerei begins in Krumbach, an idyllic town in Lower Austria. On the meadow of the Blochberger family's organic farm, the diligent employees feel at home. It is thanks to them that you can now also enjoy fresh, natural ice cream in Salzburg. The milk is transported directly to the farm's own dairy where it is processed every day into delicious ice cream creations. No flavour enhancers, artificial colours or additives are used.
