Zirbelzimmer im Hotel Sacher

Since the foundation of the hotel in 1866, the original conditions of the "Zirbelzimmer" restaurant in the Hotel Sacher Salzburg have been preserved. Under the management of Chef de Cuisine Michael Gahleitner, the Zirbelzimmer was awarded with a Gault Millau hat. From the spacious terrace of the restaurant you have a wonderful view over the old town of Salzburg. Entrecôte of veal with truffle sauce, Bluntau char with pistachio gnocchi and saddle of venison with red cabbage literally melt in your mouth.
