Paul Stubm

Griaß Eich in the Pauli Stubm

The Pauli Stubm in its present form was established in the 1930s. At that time it was called "Gasthaus Edelweiß". Cosy Salzburg hospitality has been cultivated at this location since that time. Above all the exposed location in the Herrengasse and the unique beer garden made the restaurant an insider tip even then. Cosiness, wicked history and simplicity still fascinate the guests. Still popular with students, Salzburgers and guests from all over the world.

The Herr- or Herrengasse, a hidden alley with a wicked reputation. In former times the executioners of the city ran several brothels here, whereby the oldest (next door; since 1501) still exists today.

The cuisine attaches great importance to dishes from the traditional Austrian inn cuisine and, above all, does not forget the regionality of the products. In addition a cool Stiegl beer or a glass of fresh Austrian wine as well as a good Schnapserl afterwards...

The Pauli Stubm Team is looking forward to welcoming you and wishes you a pleasant stay and a pleasant get-together.
