Salzburg classics with a green interpretation

Even in the past, the various agricultural products were appreciated by the people of Salzburg.

Influences from the Mediterranean or various Asian cuisines have long been part of the everyday in Salzburg’s restaurant kitchens. From salad to fish and seafood, from soup to risotto, many of the culinary offerings in the restaurant Koller+Koller are already vegetarian.
The restaurant on the Waagplatz scores points with its central location and eclectic spaces where you can not only enjoy outstanding food, but also celebrate. Whether it’s in the stylish day bar, in one of the cheery lounges or in the historic Freysauff Cellar: In Koller+Koller, well-being comes first. The many awards for design and innovative architecture show that time has not stood still in this listed house.

Head chef Hubert Posch and his team have created a ten-day long vegetarian interpretation of Salzburg classics for eat&meet, all in the Koller+Koller style with regional and seasonal ingredients.
