Closing event with flying food and bar drinks
At the eat&meet closing event you will be welcomed by Michael Gahleitner, chef de cuisine of the Hotel Sacher Salzburg, and his colleague Anton Pozeg, who has been acting chef de cuisine at the Sacher Vienna since October 2022.
Together they develop culinary impulses and spoil their guests with vegan dishes at a flying dinner. There is also a wine tour with vintner Johann Donabaum from the eponymous vineyard in Wachau and a beer accompaniment in cooperation with the Trumer private brewery. There will also be live music by Richie Loidl and his band, which will make you get up and dance.
