Cabbage is King!

Cabbage soup, Savoy Cabbage Rolls, marinated Red Cabbage: The “all about cabbage” dishes are presented in a five-course menu or á la carte.

Austrian cuisine loves the versatile and healthy winter vegetable that is cabbage. Cabbage is a vitamin-rich and tasty accompaniment to fish or meat. For eat&meet, the chef de cuisine of Sternbräu, Michael Pratter will focus on various types of cabbage and herbs. Together with his team, he will conjure up dishes with red cabbage, white cabbage, Savoy cabbage and green santolina.
