Gin Workshop

The numbers show that gin is still enjoying great popularity: Sales in the gin industry reached nearly 12 billion euros in 2022. The Brits are still winning by a mile when it comes to the enjoyment of the clear spirit. A rising trend.

From James Bond's martini (“shaken, not stirred”) to Audrey Hepburn's White Angel, gin is indispensable in the world of cocktails.

If you'd like to experience the history of this popular drink, register for the Gin Workshop at vomFass in the Linzer Gasse. Here not only can you taste them, but you can even assume an active role. If you like to experiment with herbs and spices, you can make your own gin and take the sample home with you.

A buffet with many delicacies awaits the guests, with antipasti, soup, cold hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

The shop of the franchise company vomFass has been in the Linzer Gasse for five years now. The workshops and tastings with Sascha Ecker and his team are always a real experience, but education is always part of the fun and enjoyment: The workshop also includes interesting information about the iconic juniper-flavored spirit.
