SOLD OUT! A sharing menu with products from the Salzburger Seenland region is on the program for our evening in the JOJA.

SOLD OUT!

A sharing menu with products from the Salzburger Seenland region is on the program for our evening in the JOJA. Vegetarian specialties such as organic mushrooms from Flachgauer Biopilze, cheese from the Hofkäserei Mattigtaler dairy in Seekirchen and nuts from Trumerseen Nuss are there to be enjoyed. The vegetables come from Felis Hof farm in Obertrum.

The individual dishes of the multi-course menu will be served in the center of the table and everyone will be able to take what they like. Beverages from the Privatbrauerei Trumer brewery are, of course, also not to be missed. The Obertrum brewery has also recently been producing an oat drink, the SIGL Organic Oat&Barley. Giving young farmers a platform is something close to the hearts of the operators of the JOJA. Because the next generation of producers are putting all of their energy into making agriculture fit for the future with creative concepts and bold ideas that ultimately land on our plates.
