In the Miele Experience Center in Salzburg Wals, Thomas Hofer, Hannes Müller and Vitus Winkler will meet to each create a course of the three-course vegetarian menu. All three cooks are members of the Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), an international association of top gastronomes and head chefs. And all three have a particularly close relationship with plant-based foods.
