Charles Schumann Feel at home in "Soliman's Bar" at the Elefant and create your own cocktails under the watchful eye of our bar chef Mano. Under his expert guidance you will learn the basic terms of the art of cocktail making. Aperitif or digestif, base, modifier, flavoring part, mixer or filler? You will be amazed what is behind these well-known and less well-known terms. Of course there are also wonderful things for tasting, e.g. special creations combined with the unique taste of herbs – refreshingly different. In addition we will serve tapas from our special cuts – tenderloin and ribeye – from dry aged beef. Our chef Rupert will tell you all about the specialty of "matured" meat, the novelty of the "DRY AGER®" meat maturing cabinet. In any case, this will be an evening with extraordinary potential.
