Opening event of eat&meet 2023

Art meets Cuisine
Whether it’s about picking up on current trends or posing questions relevant to society (How do we want to live? How do we wish to feed ourselves?) - Art and cuisine create a space for unconventional ideas and new concepts. The kick-off of eat&meet 2023 will fully reflect this fascinating connection.

Reading with Helena Adler 
The Salzburg author will read an as of yet unpublished text at the eat&meet 2023 opening event.

Food and Drink
Head Chef Anton Fritzenwallner and his team will pamper the guests with an elaborately prepared menu, with a short introduction to each course.
Salzburg’s specialist in spirits, liqueurs and punches, Michael Sporer, will personally create the signature drink.
