You are able to sample the sauces along with special bites. “When you've eaten dehydrated beetroot, you don't need meat anymore”, declares the passionate cook. There are also daikon rolls (a type of radish) and papadums with fermented lemon and chili tofu.
The two cookds don't want to let slip all of the culinary surprises in advance, but they can say one thing: If you're there, you can also take part. The interactive cooking show with tasting is just to Tommy's taste, strong, authentic and an event in every sense of the word. The proceeds from the evening will be donated to a good cause!
