The shape of the heart is what has particularly impressed master goldsmith Hartwig Thurner. Thurner has made over 800 different "Salzburg Hearts" in the past 39 years.
His stone assortment ranges from "Azurite" to "Zoisite", which he uses for this purpose. You can find his jewellery, as well as rings, brooches and antique jewellery, in Salzburg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, USA, or in Japan.
He set up his workshop in the "Mozart-Wohnhaus".

Mozart Residence in Salzburg
The THURNER SCHMUCKMANUFAKTUR is located in the Mozart residence in the city of Salzburg. The house was first mentioned in a document in 1617. From 1773 to 1787 (death of father Leopold) the Mozarts (father Leopold, mother Anna Maria, sister Anna Maria (Nannerl) and Wolfgang Amadeus) lived in this house. In 1996 a museum was opened on the premises.
In the "THURNER SCHMUCKMANUFAKTUR", master goldsmith Hartwig Thurner produces the "Salzburg Hearts" from silver and various types of stone, which are in demand worldwide. Already in 1978 he travelled to Japan with his assortment of traditional costume jewellery. Since then he has built up a worldwide customer base with his gold and silver goods. In the historic old town from the 16th century you will find: traditional costume jewellery, hunting jewellery, special antique and homemade jewellery, as well as watches.
